The Manitowoc Ice IDF-0900N/D-570 Indigo NXT™ ice maker with bin can produce 821 pounds per day; operators can program this amount based on their specific needs. It makes full-cube ice that is perfect for drinks in bars. Every ice cycle is monitored by an acoustical probe to ensure the thickness is consistent. The condenser (sold separately) is cooled remotely, so the unit is operated away from the ice machine. This moves heat away from the unit to lower the surrounding ambient air temperature and reduce noise levels. Pre-charged refrigerant lines are included with the condensing unit, connecting it to the ice machine head. These lines have quick-connect fittings that facilitate installation.

Center, left, and right grips in the door ensure users can open it from any side. The self-latching design keeps the door open when users are scooping ice. A 5.3-pound-capacity ice scoop is included with this Manitowoc Ice IDF-0900N/D-570 ice machine with dispenser, and there are guards integrated into it to prevent contamination from hands. Both the ice machine head and bin have a clear coating over their stainless steel exteriors; this provides corrosion resistance and keeps fingerprints hidden.
