This position works in the Distribution Center and is responsible for fulling the customer orders by picking, packing and getting them ready to ship. They make sure our clients receive the correct items in a timely manner and that they arrive in tact. Longform content creators at KaTom are a key part of our site content workflow, crafting a variety of written pieces including buying guides, use and maintenance advice, case studies, and blog posts. Those are created using SEO best practices, with the AP Stylebook and a house style guide used to direct the work. This position requires daily use of WordPress and an in-house content management system, an online project management system, Outlook, and Word.

This position also has responsibility for coordinating work on the KaTom Blog, which includes generation of post topics, outreach to subjects, scheduling of posts, and ensuring content is ready as expected. In collaboration with marketing staff, this position contributes to collateral that includes promotional emails, product videos, and social media posts. As part of that, this individual will craft content, edit marketing text, and record voiceovers for videos.
