Insulated Food Carrier
Top-loading carriers are ideal for holding single layers of pans, while front loaders are equipped with pan rails that allow several pans to be stacked and transported vertically. Food carrier capacities range from a single pan up to half a dozen or more. Soft-sided bags make economical choices for short trips, but hard-sided carriers can keep food near its starting temperature for several hours. Durable plastic construction makes the latter type highly resistant to damage while they're carried to and fro.
