Star 624TCHSF Description
The Star 624TCHSF Star-Max® griddle has a 1-inch-thick griddle plate that is made of chrome, providing even heat distribution and warp resistance. It is heated by two burners that are spaced every 12 inches. An embedded modulating thermostat operates from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and quickly responds when the temperature is adjusted. This Star 624TCHSF Star-Max® griddle can be cleaned easily since it has tapered splashes, a grease trough, and 4.5-quart capacity grease drawer. It is elevated off the countertop with 4-inch legs that adjust to a comfortable working height.
