Star 530FF Description
Ideal for frying large batches of chicken, fish, and french fries, the Star 530FF countertop fryer has a 30-pound-capacity tank and comes with twin baskets. It has snap-action thermostats and operates at temperatures from 200 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be adjusted with a knob above the tank. To withstand high-volume use, this fryer has a heavy-duty metal construction.
Immersion-type heating elements provide even heat distribution, and they swing up so that operators can access the tank for maintenance and cleaning. To efficiently strain oil, its stainless steel kettle is removable. This Star 530FF countertop fryer has a high-limit thermostat that prevents the unit from overheating and exceeding safe temperatures. Operators can clean underneath without moving the unit because 4-inch legs elevate it off the countertop.
