Pleased with the fryer
We use the countertop fryer in a busy foodservice operation. Its nice to have it to supplement our large fryer when we have small orders and when the large fryer is already in use. Heats up quickly. We received it fast.

We are not happy with this toaster.
The toast keeps getting stuck in it. We can't toast two pieces at a time. We are a very busy breakfast restaurant and this toaster is just not cutting it. We would like to exchange this for something better.

This is the worst piece of restaurant equipment.
I am having a nightmare of issues trying to get this piece of equipment returned. This toaster is defective and no one will assist me in handling a return. I have spent over $1680 of my hard earned money and the unit is faulty. I have called and emailed at least three times a week since October 3rd.The warranty tech that came to assess the toaster did not even look at the toaster. I am currently on hold again... this time for 44 minutes. It is November 6th, and I have been very patient. This is hands down the worst display of customer service that I have ever experienced.

I am going to purchase the 48 inch soon, I love it.
I cook almost everything on my griddle and love it. steaks, hamburger,onion, peppers, toast eggs, bacon, vegetables of all kinds, potatoes and many many other items. The one inch steel cooks evenly and holds the heat long after the burners are off. wonderful griddle. my friend is taking mine and I am going to purchase the 48 inch just like this one. I love it!!!!!

This toaster is very quick to toast under 1 minute for order of toast is very good. It has discolored a bit from heat on top slots which is unusual so I would think the metal is not high grade.

I have had several of these units over the last couple years. They have gotten progressively worse. My last one worked for less than 3 months. A little moisture spilled and they are shot! I would avoid this product at all costs

Excellent time, space and food saver
We have a small snack stand and were not able to offer cheese or chili on weekdays due to the small number of sales of these items. Food would be overcooked by the end of the day and thrown out. Now we sold a whole bag of Nacho cheese in one week, tasty and fresh all of the time, and our customers love the taste.

Great for my business
This popcorn is the best out there for the price, it is just the right butter and salt combo, easy to use and great for my small store. Alot less waste then with store brands that I have tried. Definitely recommend to try this product, nothing compares!

Using this product in a retail convenience store to serve pre-made breakfast and lunch items. Can also use to serve pizza's, however there is no humidity so they will dry out rather quickly - about 20 min.

the hot dog of grill machines
the hot dog machine is great with one exception the buns are neither steamed or toasted after putting them in the bun drawer for a couple of hours they just get a little warm and hard so i put in enough for 1 hour at a time otherwise it makes great hot dogs, (i tried a few kinds of weaners before i got the best results)

Our groups have give positive report
We have 33 churches in our Association that use this machine for block parties, fairs, and community events. It keeps the Hot Dogs nice and plump for an extended period of time while your waiting for people to come. Basically saying, we don't lose any hot dogs. They stay fresh longer. This machine is very good for outside events and it's very easy to operate. The only down side for this machine is the fact that the folks using it must read the instructions fully to operate.

Best Popcorn By Far
When I bought my popper, it came with a couple of bags of Chief's Choice, and we were amazed at how much better it tasted than what we were used to. Now, I never let it run out! The taste is closest to movie theatre popcorn, and it stays fresher in the popper longer than others. We have plenty of friends who will not leave the house without having a bag!
