Ensuring food remains at a safe temperature, the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2 heated cabinet holds product at temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees. Operators can adjust these levels using the unit's precise digital temperature control and monitoring system, and to improve interior visibility, the cabinet is fitted with LED lighting.
To facilitate comfortable maneuverability, the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2 holding cabinet is positioned on 4-inch swivel casters. Its solid half doors self-close and have a 120-degree stay-open feature. With an exterior and interior constructed of stainless steel, this unit is durable and corrosion resistant.
