To preserve heat and reduce temperature fluctuations, the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2-G Pro series heated cabinet is built with high-density polyurethane insulation. It can operate at temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can make adjustments with a precise digital temperature control and monitoring system. To prevent cold spots by circulating air evenly, it uses a ducted fan air distribution system. So users can quickly power the unit down when not in use, it's equipped with an on/off switch on the control panel.

Corrosion resistant and simple to clean, the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2-G heated holding cabinet is constructed primarily of stainless steel. It's furnished with 4-inch swivel casters to enable maneuverability through a dining hall or event venue, and to illuminate the cabinet's contents and improve visibility, the interior is equipped with LED lighting. Overall, this single-section unit measures 28³⁄₄ inches wide by 35¹⁄₈ inches deep by 83 inches high.
