Turbo Air PRO-15H Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (3) Shelves, 115v

For holding precooked dishes at safe serving temperatures, the Turbo Air PRO-15H reach-in heated cabinet maintains temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit and uses a ducted fan air distribution system to retain temperatures within the food zone. Staff can modify the cabinet temperature with the digital temperature control, while the digital display provides a bold readout for monitoring. The three 12¹⁄₂-inch-wide by 25¹⁄₈-inch-deep shelves integrated inside the cabinet are made of durable stainless steel for lasting rust resistance and simple cleaning. So users have a full view of the cabinet, it's lighted with LEDs.

This Turbo Air PRO-15H heated cabinet's stainless steel interior and exterior can survive high-volume use while resisting rust, corrosion, and wear to preserve its original condition. To retain heat, the cabinet and doors are foamed in place with high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation. A right-hinged solid door provides access to the cabinet's interior, and when opened past 120 degrees, it remains open to ease product loading and retrieval. To deter tampering, this full-length door can be locked. Overall, this unit measures 17³⁄₄ inches wide by 35³⁄₄ inches deep by 83 inches tall and is positioned on 4-inch swivel casters.
