Turbo Air PRO-26-2H Description
The two half doors on the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H mobile heated cabinet have locks to secure product at the end of the night. Using digital controls, this unit can be adjusted from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and high-density polyurethane insulation holds heat inside the cabinet so the outside stays cool to the touch. Product is stored on three shelves in the cabinet that are made of wire to promote uniform air circulation between gaps.
The Turbo Air PRO-26-2H full-height mobile heated cabinet has LED lights inside of it to help employees find the specific type of food they're looking for. Made of stainless steel, this unit is resilient enough to withstand years of frequent use, and to reduce the amount of energy lost, the doors close on their own if an employee forgets.
