Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2 Description
Sturdy and long lasting, the interior and exterior of the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2 heated cabinet are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It offers 24.7 cubic feet of interior space and is brightened with internal LED lighting for visibility. Operators can access the cabinet using two self-closing, locking half doors.
To maintain consistent temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2 holding cabinet features a digital temperature control and monitoring system. It's insulated with high-density polyurethane to prevent hot air from escaping the cabinet and uses a ducted fan air distribution system to circulate air throughout the food zone. Enabling comfortable maneuverability, this unit is mounted on 4-inch swivel casters.
