The Alto-Shaam 1000-UP heated holding cabinet can be used as a food warmer or dough proofer. When warming product, this model can hold anything from meat to casseroles to vegetables. Halo Heat®—a controlled heat source—surrounds food and heats it gently, keeping it ready to serve without affecting appearance or flavor. Because this model has two separately controlled sections, it can warm two different dishes without cross contamination.

This Alto-Shaam 1000-UP food warming cabinet is insulated to keep heat inside. Its sensitive controls detect and correct temperature changes quickly. Vents on the door keep food crisp and the handle is protected by an antimicrobial agent to slow the growth of bacteria. Constructed of stainless steel, this piece of equipment is very durable and resists corrosion. It can be moved on the included casters for cleaning the cabinet or loading product.
