Suited for bakeries and restaurants, the MoTak MHP-H-I-S heated proofer and holding cabinet helps efficiently maintain hot temperatures with its full insulation. This unit features an aluminum construction that transfers and absorbs heat, and it's paired with a double-layered aluminum door to lock further lock in temperatures and humidity. Staff members can open this door to reveal the heated chamber, which holds (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans with fixed wire pan supports. This heated cabinet has a half-sized structure to help maximize kitchen space. It's paired with LED lighting and four 3-inch casters that swivel for fluid movement; for stabilization during cooking services, two of these casters include brakes.

The MoTak MHP-H-I-S warming unit is simple to clean, featuring a removable control drawer for further ease. It operates with a forced-air circulation system to help promote even heating and humidity dispersal. These temperatures and levels are adjustable depending on cooking needs, though the heating mode has a maximum setting of 180 degrees Fahrenheit and the proofing mode spreads 30 to 50 percent humidity with temperatures as high as 115 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure these temperatures remain at their set point, a simple-to-read LED thermometer is included.
