Absolutely the best for your kitchen commercial or not!

I work for MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL and they use this product. I use it daily and clean it daily. Best thing ever! I would love one for my home. Since I support the military and can be more efficient and effective with this product, I would love to be an Ambassador for this chopper. I have already spread the word among all of my friends. Hopefully you will sponsor me since I serve the military and provide me with one. As a prep cook in the United States Special Operations Command Building (SOCOM) I cannot even bring my phone in, so no pictures, nor video. Please sponsor me and perhaps gift me one for my home use! Love this product! Hands down a prep cooks best friend!

Do not buy this product again

We've purchased this brand plenty times before, but we bought this one on 10-23-2024 and have already had to be shipped to them twice to be fixed. The first time we received it, it was fine, lasted about a month, then had to send it again. The second time it came back we were not as pleased. They returned with the gasket 1/2 way glued and cracked and told me the gasket is not part of the warranty and we could fix it ourselves. Also, were never told what was wrong with it either time, just said it was fixed.

Good afternoon, when ordering this product I told the person who was registering the order that I needed to change the blades for a different model than the one the machine originally came with, the boy told me that he had made the change but when the package arrived we We realized that the change had not been processed so we cannot take advantage of the benefits of laquina until we make the corresponding change.

Great Industrial Strength Juicer

We've had this juicer for 5 years and use it twice a week to squeeze a full box of lemons for lemonade. It's only just starting to show a little wear on replaceable parts. We just replaced the cone as it split after all this time. I would recommend this juicer to anyone who wants to hand press citrus in medium volume. It's sturdy and has stood the test of time.

They said only can exchange and need exploded one's serial number and Exploded shard.. Buffet Biz..I need to take risk for using wrong left over product..

Great Item

I purchased this last year and again this year for a second location. It is very easy to make this work with a cordless drill so when you get busy it is no problem to keep up!

Nemco 56500-1 Food Chopper

Very misleading, page listed several cutting pieces included in the photo, yet only one cutting bracket and blade included, you must by each one separate {at $100 a piece} why can you not just list that as being the case then use a misleading photo??

Excellent product

We've had 2 different slicers (tomatoes & onions) for the past 8 years. The horizontal tomato slicer was messy and difficult to clean thoroughly, and the onion slicer kept having blade issues. This is an incredibly great product we use for both products. It creates no mess, cleans easily, and quickly. I wish I would have purchased this years ago!

We purchased this steamer for a large family celebration to make steamer subs like the neighborhood deli used to make. The brand has recently done a revamp and if I weren't so attached to mine I would consider an upgrade by my steamer is as dependable as the day is long. We use it for steamer subs, veggies, bread, and even left over Soulman's BBQ when we being it back from Texas. Best investment in my kitchen. It takes a few minutes to warm it up but once it is hot, we can feed the whole family in minutes and the food is perfectly steamed. Much healthier than frying food and perfect for my older teens to use while preparing their own food. Great product and a great brand.

This small unit packs a big punch!

This compact unit works great! We have the larger units by Frymaster and Pitco and this unit keeps up just the same. As our larger units go, we will be replacing them with these!

Easy Juicer Review

I own a citrus farm and am constantly juicing. I bought this because it looked like the best quality, and it certainly seems solid (I've processed ~60# of fruit through it so far with no worries). The major downside to it however is that while it looks from the photo like just slaming the lever down would squish the fruit, the gearing is such that this is not the case. An additional 360 degree turn of the lever is required halfway down. This drastically reduces the speed of the press when making large quantities. Would be great in a bar situation where you want a very clean efficient press of single fruits. I would not reccommend it for a situation like mine where a large amount of fruit needs to be processed at one time.

I used this steamer 3 times and was super careful with using and cleaning. The glass chipped last night. I will be calling Manf. to see about replacement or refund.

Used ovens at a pizza show, the ovens kept up with the traffic flow, for the size oven it cooked a pizza in 10 minutes.

Not so easy chopper

We purchased the chopper to save time and labor in our restaurant and it does help but you still have to do your preliminary cuts.

Excellent hot plate. Can't compare to 120v. After years of using 120v hot plates will never go back. Instead of using our stove inside of our home we cook outside with this hot plate so we don't smell up our home.

Best Heavy Duty Manual Citrus Juicer

Stainless Steel where acidic juice has contact, unlike some juicers with plastic cups where cone is. Great leverage for ease of juicing, well balanced and sturdy. Built to last. Very easy to clean. My only complaint is it looks very industrial on my kitchen counter, but some might think that a plus. Baked on enamel colors would be great.

Taste better than potato chips

I use it at home or take it to parties. It would be nice if you had an adapter for a drill to use instead of the handle. Works much better if your doing a large batch. Since it's a commercial product I would think that would be standard. I have adapted it for a drill and it works great.

Pizza and much more.

This thing is much more than an oven for pizza, it works great for fish sticks, open face sandwiches, any frozen nugget from chicken to mushrooms. Just line the drip tray with aluminum foil and go to town. This oven is also an energy saver, you don't have to pre-heat it, just put frozen food in and set the timer, usually 10-12 minutes and get ready to eat. Only problem I have is the timer bell dosen't work, that is annoying and inconvenient to put it politely.

Finally I found my dream opener!

Very easy to use. Love not having sharp edges to cut my employees or lids that drop into the food product. Best of all, can move opener from one table to another. Easy to use. Well worth the money. Employees love it!

Fast and economical chopper

We make homemade dog food and use the chopper quite a bit. We use the chopper on our sweet potatoes and green beans. Use 80 - 100 lbs of sweet potatoes weekly and the same lbs. of green beans. I also use the chopper to make our liver treats after dehydrating they are the perfect size.

Perfect for our application

At our weekly Friday Fish fry's it helps keep the French Frys warm on the service line.

Nemco Hot Plate

Used to fry foods without splattering up my stove, which is hard to clean. Easy to clean splatters off countertop. We think it's a wonderful product, and we love that it's Made In The USA.

This Fixture is bad, not recommended.

We are using it to preserve the temperature of the food before serving it to the guest. The manufacturer of this product has to upgrade the holder of the cord by the fixture so that it would not peel-off easily. They are using a connector which is made of plastic which is holding the cord, therefore after sometime due to high temp of the lamp it heats up causing the cord to slide down and sags. I was planning to buy more of this type, but of different brand on one of these days.

Exactly What I Wanted1

I researched getting a manual juicer for months and decided on this one for several reasons. It appeared sturdy, it looked easy to manage and it had a great press capacity. Sure enough it is exactly what I wanted. It isn't the most beautiful piece of equipment to have in a home kitchen, but I find I am making alot more dishes with fresh fruit juice. Plus it is made in America.
