Nemco 6625B Description
By pushing a button, the Nemco Fresh-O-Matic 6625B steamer delivers instant steam to pre-cooked foods, making it excellent for steaming sandwiches, heating tortillas, and retherming side dishes and entrées. Steam refreshes food without entering the heating plate and damaging components. LED indicator lights illuminate to display water levels and when the steamer is ready for operation.
The compact design of the Nemco 6625B steamer enables it to fit on a kitchen counter, and its heat-resistant water reservoir is sealed so it will not leak. Since the exterior wrap is made of stainless steel, it is durable and resists rusting. This sandwich steamer requires the use of distilled water that is added through a built-in water port.

"I bought this steamer to steam buns with cheese on them. It blows the cheese off the bun every time and then the cheese sticks to the pan and you have a mess. Tech support was great but you can only control the temperature not the pressure. Did a great job of just steaming a bun."

"We purchased this steamer for a large family celebration to make steamer subs like the neighborhood deli used to make. The brand has recently done a revamp and if I weren't so attached to mine I would consider an upgrade by my steamer is as dependable as the day is long. We use it for steamer subs, veggies, bread, and even left over Soulman's BBQ when we being it back from Texas. Best investment in my kitchen. It takes a few minutes to warm it up but once it is hot, we can feed the whole family in minutes and the food is perfectly steamed. Much healthier than frying food and perfect for my older teens to use while preparing their own food. Great product and a great brand."
