Nemco 55500-2 Description
With a compact design, the Nemco tomato slicer saves space and is easy to store. The stainless steel blades on this slicer quickly cut through produce without degrading the quality. With the polyethylene slide board and stainless steel blades, this tomato slicer is durable and easy to clean. The rubberized feet prevent the slicer from sliding when in use for safe operation.

Absolutely the best for your kitchen commercial or not!
I work for MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL and they use this product. I use it daily and clean it daily. Best thing ever! I would love one for my home. Since I support the military and can be more efficient and effective with this product, I would love to be an Ambassador for this chopper. I have already spread the word among all of my friends. Hopefully you will sponsor me since I serve the military and provide me with one. As a prep cook in the United States Special Operations Command Building (SOCOM) I cannot even bring my phone in, so no pictures, nor video. Please sponsor me and perhaps gift me one for my home use! Love this product! Hands down a prep cooks best friend!
I would buy this product again.
Love the Nemco Food Chopper. It saves lots of time. There is a certain amount of muscle you need to cut for instance a whole potato for french frys. But overall loved the product for vegetables and fruit. Going to order different size blades next.
Not so easy chopper
We purchased the chopper to save time and labor in our restaurant and it does help but you still have to do your preliminary cuts.
