Nemco 6760-240 Description
Great for Italian restaurants and other establishments serving a lot of pasta dishes, the Nemco 6760-240 countertop pasta cooker provides an additional boiling piece off the range. It has a 2.5-gallon capacity and two small baskets for multiple servings. To protect against burns, these baskets have handles that stay cool to the touch. The heating elements are tubular and controlled thermostatically, which is a more precise method than manual controls because they have specific temperature settings.
