Hoshizaki CPT67-D4 67" Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerator Base, 115v

The Hoshizaki CPT67-D4 pizza prep table is built with a ducted air distribution system that ensures air is evenly distributed throughout the unit, including under the pans. Temperatures are maintained by the R-134A refrigerant, ranging from 14 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. A digital controller on the exterior of the cabinet lets the user control the temperature and show the internal reading in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The evaporator has been electrocoated in epoxy to resist corrosion.

Stainless steel is used to construct the entire unit for durability and resistance to scratching. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation is used to keep cold air in the cabinet. In the pan section where toppings are held, sixth, third, half, and full size pans will easily fit. Each of the four drawers can hold up to 250 pounds and holds two 12-inch-by-20-inch-by-6-inch pans. The Hoshizaki CPT67-D4 pizza prep table comes with a white, 19-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board that can be used to prep toppings or slide pies down while putting toppings on.
