True TFP-32-12M-D-2 32" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

For preparing sandwiches, salads, and pizzas, the True TFP-32-12M-D-2 food prep table comes with 12 pans in the top to hold ingredients. The full-length cutting board is 8 inches deep and can be removed for proper cleaning. This unit has two drawers that can each hold two full-size food pans, which are sold separately. For user comfort, both drawers have a 12-inch-long recessed handle, and they open and close smoothly with stainless steel rollers and slides.

Using R134A refrigerant, the forced-air refrigeration system maintains consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and the operator can set a temperature within that range. Its capillary tube system controls refrigerant flow to ensure cool temperatures and remove heat from the cabinet. Large evaporator fan blades move a consistent volume of air, and its evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion.

The True TFP-32-12M-D-2 food prep table, lid, and hood are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to keep ingredients cold and fresh. The exterior is stainless steel with a matching aluminum back, and the interior is lined with clear-coated aluminum. Mounted on castors with a 2¹⁄₂-inch diameter, this unit can be moved to clean underneath, and the front set locks to keep it stable during use.
