MoTak MPR-70-X Description
Sturdy and simple to clean, the MoTak MPR-70-X 70 pizza prep table has a rust- and scratch-resistant stainless steel exterior. Its back and interior are made of aluminum, another durable metal with excellent corrosion resistance. To streamline cleaning and maintenance, it has an accessible condenser coil and is made mobile by 4-inch swivel casters. Overall, this two-section unit measures 70.88 inches wide by 31.5 inches deep by 38.38 inches high.
The MoTak MPR-70-X 70 refrigerated prep table operates with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a temperature holding range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit that users can adjust with a precise electronic control system. This unit comes with nine food pans and two heavy-duty shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate different products, and its doors are self-closing with a 90-degree stay-open feature.
