MoTak MPR-70-A Description
The MoTak MPR-70-A pizza prep table maintains a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit to support cold ingredient storage during food preparation. Nine third-size pans that are 4 inches deep are included to organize toppings across the prep rail, while the electronic control system enables operators to adjust and monitor cabinet conditions. Two self-closing doors remain open past 90 degrees to streamline loading and access, and the aluminum interior houses two shelves for additional product storage beneath the work surface.
Designed for use in demanding kitchens, the MoTak MPR-70-A pizza prep table features a stainless steel exterior that resists corrosion. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is configured to maintain steady cooling performance. The unit rests on 4-inch swivel-plate casters with brakes to support repositioning and stability as needed.
