MoTak MPR-44-X Description
The MoTak MPR-44 pizza prep table is great for holding toppings that go on pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and more. It houses six third-size pans in the top cutout, while a poly-vinyl cutting board runs the length of the unit and can be used to prepare ingredients. The board can also hold sandwiches, salads, or pizzas as they are being topped. With a stainless steel exterior with an aluminum back and interior, the unit withstands heavy commercial use. Polyurethane insulation adds rigidiety to the cabinet and helps it retain cold air better.
This unit maintains temperature in a range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the use of R290 refrigerant. A digital display shows the temperatures for monitoring. The condenser in the MoTak MPR-44 pizza prep table is easy to access for maintenance.
- 6 third-size Lexan pans are included
- To allow proper airflow, pans deeper than 6 inches should not be used on this unit

Review this product!
Beware.
I am sure this is a decent fridge. We have had ours for 6 months. Within the first month it was freezing up and required constant manual defrosting. That only lasted about two weeks and now is not operating. We have called and emailed with the warranty company and it has yet to be fixed. It is currently an expensive prep table. Beware purchasing this company as we have spent 3 to 4 months trying to get ours fixed.
GREAT TABLE and Inexpensive
We are a highly rated restaurant in Daytona Beach. We are a small, all family restaurant with high standards. Our Pizza prep table was leaking so we were looking for an inexpensive replacement at KaTom where we always go for great prices. WE found this table and have had it for a couple of weeks and are very happy with it's performance. We have cut out major searches and now go directly to KaTom for the best prices. Thanks KaTom.
