Arctic Air APP48R 47 1/2" Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Arctic Air APP48R pizza prep table features a stainless steel exterior that is durable and can be cleaned swiftly. In the top, many toppings can go into third-size pans, which are surrounded by the hood for cold air retention. Air flows under the pans, cooling ingredients evenly, and when employees do not need to access the pans, they can use the insulated lid to keep the food at the correct temperature.

The base of this Arctic Air APP48R prep table is refrigerated at a level the operator can set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It can hold backup ingredients so, when a pan runs out, employees can replenish the ingredient with food from the base. This unit has self-closing doors that shut cold air inside and seal tightly with magnetic gaskets. When pulled past a 90-degree angle, these doors stay open, which is great for interior cleaning. For further convenient cleaning, the ABS plastic lining does not corrode and the stainless steel floor is coved to reduce sediment buildup in the corners.
