MoTak MPR-44-A Description
The MoTak MPR-44-A pizza prep table is designed to support ingredient organization and temperature control in food preparation applications. It includes six third-size pans that are 4 inches deep to keep toppings accessible during service, while the cabinet maintains a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. An electronic control system provides the ability to monitor and adjust internal conditions, and the self-closing door stays open past 90 degrees to facilitate product loading and retrieval. The aluminum interior and shelf support repeated use.
Featuring a stainless steel exterior, the MoTak MPR-44-A pizza prep table resists corrosion and stands up to heavy use. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is configured for consistent cooling performance. The bottom cabinet includes one shelf for additional storage, and the unit is mounted on 4-inch swivel-plate casters with brakes to support positioning and stability.
