MoTak MPR-67-X Description
The MoTak MPR-67 pizza prep table has an easy-to-access condenser to simplify cleaning and maintenance. An external digital display shows the temperature and simple controls enable users to adjust the settings within the unit's range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The system uses R290 refrigerant to maintain the set temperatures and has polyurethane insulation that helps it do so efficiently.
Inside the cabinet, product can be stored on two heavy-duty, PVC-coated shelves. The two self-closing doors stay open past 90 degrees for loading product. The exterior front and sides are made of stainless steel, while the back and interior are made of aluminum. The MoTak MPR-67 pizza prep table comes with nine third-size Lexan pans to hold various toppings and a poly-vinyl cutting board for prep space.

- To allow proper airflow, pans deeper than 6 inches should not be used on this unit
- Prep foods on the full-length, 3⁄5-in.-thick poly-vinyl cutting board
