Arctic Air APP71R Description
The APP71R pizza prep table from Arctic Air comes with six third-size plastic food pans that let you organize all your pizza toppings. This equipment will keep those toppings chilled to 33-41 degrees Fahrenheit, an optimal range to keep food fresh. A digital LED on the prep table's exterior displays the cabinet's internal temperature, so you can verify that products there are being stored properly.
This pizza prep table is equipped with a heavy-duty cutting board that runs the entire 71-inch length of the equipment. That durable surface provides a convenient spot where staff can assemble pizzas and prep produce. The Arctic Air APP71R pizza prep table is built with a durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel front and sides. The equipment's interior is lined with durable and sanitary ABS plastic. The cabinet's floor, which is made of stainless steel, features coved corners that make it easy to clean up spills and debris.
