MoTak MST-72-X Description
Operators can use the 18 sixth-size food pans included with the MoTak MST-72-HC salad prep table to hold ready-to-use ingredients such as cheese, olives, pepperoni, and vegetables. It comes with a full-length, poly-vinyl cutting board that provides space for sliging and prepping these ingredients before they are placed in a salad or on a sandwich. This unit comes on four factory-installed swivel casters with brakes, so you don't have to endure the hassle of installing those yourself.
The MoTak MST-72-HC sandwich prep table's base has six shelves, each of which is PVC coated for durability and protection against corrosion. Its cabinet is kept cool by a self-contained refrigeration system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and gives users a space to hold bulk ingredients for quick retrieval when they run out of items in the upper food pans. To reduce energy costs, the doors self-close if left open and can be propped open at 90 degrees for loading and unloading.
