Holding 18 sixth-size pans, the MoTak MEST-72-A sandwich and salad prep table supports a wide variety of ingredients and toppings. Its 9 3⁄10-inch cutting board provides a dedicated assembly surface, while the 19.6-cubic-foot stainless interior incorporates three lockable, self-closing doors and three epoxy-coated shelves for safe, organized storage. Resting on 4-inch swivel casters, the 71 3⁄4-inch-wide by 30 1⁄4-inch-deep by 44 1⁄4-inch-high stainless steel build promotes steady movement and stable positioning.
