The MoTak MST-72-A sandwich/salad top refrigerator maintains cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit while organizing ingredients across its prep rail. Designed to hold 18 sixth-size pans, it keeps toppings accessible during preparation, and the electronic control system enables operators to monitor and adjust internal conditions. A full-length cutting board provides a workspace for assembling sandwiches and salads, while the three self-closing doors remain open past 90 degrees to support loading and retrieval. The stainless steel interior includes three shelves for storing additional ingredients.
