MoTak MST-36-15-X Description
To streamline access to refrigerated ingredients in one place, this MoTak MST-36-15-X sandwich and salad prep table features a food preparation counter on top and a refrigerated unit beneath the worktable. The top has a durable stainless steel construction that's designed to endure wear from slicing products, and it resists corrosion from long-term exposure to humid environments. This unit's refrigerated portion features a reach-in design with two sections. Its cabinet is encased with two doors that self-close and can be locked at 90 degrees to accommodate loading and unloading product.
The MoTak MST-36-15-X prep table maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit and has an electronic control system for easy temperature and defrost frequency adjustment. To ensure consistent operation, the condenser coil is easily accessible for cleaning. Inside the cabinet, two adjustable, heavy-duty, coated shelves have an open wire construction that encourages even airflow for uniform cooling, accommodating as many as 15 sixth-size pans. Overall, this unit measures 36.25 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 45.88 inches high, and it's furnished with 4-inch, factory-installed swivel casters with brakes.
