Manitowoc Ice IYP0450A Description
The Manitowoc Ice IYP0450A Indigo NXT™ ice maker head features an easyTouch® screen to control operations, which include programming off-hour inactivity cycles, setting daily production quotas, or going after problems with troubleshooting diagnostics. Able to produce 478 pounds of half-dice ice in 24 hours, this ice machine head is ideal for small kitchen operations with a limited customer base. Its air-cooled condenser is more energy efficient and uses less water than a water-cooled unit.
Because of its DuraTech® exterior, this Manitowoc Ice IYP0450A commercial ice machine head has corrosion defense surpassing stainless steel and smudge resistance against fingerprints and dirt. The unit makes cubes measuring 3⁄8 inch by 1 1⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 inch, and to ensure cubes are the correct size, an acoustical ice sensing probe keeps track of ice cube thickness. Certain internal components are made with bacteria-slowing antimicrobial protection and are removable to streamline cleaning.
