The Cambro CPU243664VS4480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit offers four tiers of storage space with its one solid and three louvered shelf plates. Its solid shelf has a rigid, flat surface that supports small objects and catches spills, while the vented shelves are slotted to let air move through the gaps and surround stored contents for improved airflow. While the shelves support as much as 800 pounds individually, this unit shouldn't be laden with more than 2,000 pounds in total. These shelf plates provide long-term strength in fast-past commercial settings and are made of durable, easy-to-clean polypropylene. To further simplify cleaning, they're treated with Camguard® antimicrobial protection to inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria.

To permit use in walk-in coolers, freezers, and pantries, the Cambro CPU243664VS4480 starter shelving unit withstands exposure to temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Because its posts and traverses are coated with polypropylene, they withstand use in humid environments, such as dishrooms. Eight traverses, dovetails, and two preassembled post kits are included to streamline setup upon arrival, and unlike Cambro's Elements and Basics Plus series, the dovetails are molded into the posts to save setup time. This 36-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 64-inch-high structure comes in speckled gray to match other models in the Camshelving Premium collection.
