With its vented and solid polypropylene shelf plates, the Cambro CPU213664VS4480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit provides two storage options to accommodate a wider product range than shelving units with only louvered or solid shelves. Air can move through the three louvered shelves' gapped surfaces to improve airflow for perishables and minimize moisture and dust buildup. The solid shelf plate features a rigid, flat surface that catches spills and evenly supports irregularly shaped items. While each 36-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep shelf can support 800 pounds, the unit can hold 2,000 pounds at its full capacity.
The Cambro CPU213664VS4480 starter shelving unit's shelves have rust- and corrosion-resistant polypropylene constructions with Camguard® antimicrobial protection to slow bacterial growth and preserve the shelves' speckled gray appearances. These shelves can be removed, wiped clean, and washed in a dishmachine when sanitization is required. They're also adjustable along the shelves' 64-inch-tall posts to offer ample space for new stock. Once it's assembled, this unit measures 36 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 64 inches high and can be stored in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
