To broaden storage opportunities on a single shelving unit, this Cambro CPU213064VS4480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit features a solid and three vented shelf plates. The solid shelf's rigid, gapless structure supports an array of items, while the louvered shelves feature slotted surfaces that let air move freely across the shelves and around product. Despite their structural differences, the shelves measure 30 inches wide by 21 inches deep, accommodate 800 pounds each, and have corrosion-resistant polypropylene constructions that contain Camguard® antimicrobial protection to slow bacterial and fungal spread between regular sanitizing in a dishmachine.
Though each shelf can hold 800 pounds, the Cambro CPU213064VS4480 starter shelving unit has a 2,000-pound full-load capacity to preserve its structural integrity. Operators can assemble this unit quickly using the included preassembled post kits, eight traverses, and molded-in dovetails; once it's set up, it measures 30 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 64 inches high and fits in standard dishrooms, pantries, and walk-in coolers or freezers. To accommodate foods' storage needs, it endures temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
