It has three louvered shelves and a solid shelf for the versatility to accommodate a variety of products. Its vented shelves have gaps to promote airflow around stored items, reducing dust accumulation and promoting even temperature distribution. Made without gaps, the solid shelf can be used for small and irregularly shaped items or potentially leaky products. The solid tier also works well with linens since it won't leave creases in the fabric.

The shelf plates are made of polypropylene and have a removable design that lets operators wash and sanitize them in a commercial dishmachine. Between these heavy-duty cycles, the shelves can be wiped clean. They're also protected by an antimicrobial agent to inhibit the growth of mold, bacteria, and fungus, reducing the risk of stains, odors, and degradation.
