Star 824MA Description
For adequate heat, the Star 824MA Ultra-Max® griddle has two burners that are spaced 12 inches apart on the cooking surface. Each section is operated by a manual knob that adjusts between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling the sections to cook foods that require different set temperatures.
The Star 824MA griddle's polished steel plate measures 1 inch thick, so it evenly distributes and retains heat. On the sides and rear, 4.375-inch splash guards keep splatter contained to the cooktop and protect walls from stains. To streamline cleaning, a grease tray collects drippings, while a grease trough contains crumbs and food particles. The unit is kept at a comfortable working height with 4-inch adjustable legs.
