Star 760TA Description
To prevent heat-related warping and facilitate prolonged use, the Star 760TA Ultra-Max™ electric griddle features a polished,1-inch-thick steel griddle plate with thermostatic sensors embedded 3/16 of an inch from its surface every 12 inches to provide precise temperature monitoring. To program temperatures between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, staff must use the snap-action thermostat. To keep kitchen workspaces clean, this unit is equipped with a 5-inch, tapered, wrap-around splash guard. To streamline maintenance during busy shifts, this griddle has a 31/2-inch-wide front grease trough and a 6-quart grease drawer.
