Star 748TA Description
The Star 748TA Ultra-Max® heavy-duty electric griddle is designed for high-performance commercial cooking, offering a spacious 48-inch-wide cooking surface with a durable 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate. Its snap-action thermostats, embedded 3⁄16 inch from the cooking surface, ensure precise temperature control, adjustable from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Each 12-inch section of the griddle is powered by a 4,350-watt heating element, allowing even heat distribution across the entire surface. Built with a welded steel frame and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior, this griddle is designed to withstand demanding kitchen environments. Additional features include a 5-inch wrap-around splash guard, a 3 1⁄2-inch front grease trough, and a 6-quart grease drawer for efficient cleanup.
