To streamline installation and cleaning, the Maxx Ice MIM200NH ice machine features a self-contained condenser and automatic cleaning function. Its 75-pound-capacity bin is lined with antimicrobial-treated polyethylene to inhibit germ growth and maintain ice quality. This unit's exterior is made of stainless steel—a rugged, corrosion- and rust- resistant metal that establishes a sleek, professional appearance. To stabilize the unit on uneven flooring, operators can adjust the 6-inch legs.
Because it's front breathing, the Maxx Ice MIM200NH ice maker can be used for freestanding or built-in applications. This 24-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 39-inch-high unit includes a scoop and internal scoop holder for sanitary ice retrieval. An interior blue LED light improves visibility as staff scoop ice. This air-cooled model operates with R-404a refrigerant and can produce 199 pounds of half-cube ice when ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
