MoTak KT-UI-120 Description
Designed to fit underneath typical bar counters, the MoTak KT-UI-120 undercounter ice maker can produce 120 pounds of ice in ideal conditions. It makes full-cube ice—a large size that melts slowly to preserve drink flavor. This ice type is often used in soft drinks and cocktails. Because the unit's condenser is air cooled and self-contained, it doesn't require additional water lines or refrigerant lines for operation. It features a programmable digital control panel, self-cleaning function, and bin overfill protection.
The MoTak KT-UI-120 commercial undercounter ice machine has a built-in storage bin that can house 35 pounds of ice. Made of polyethylene, the bin liner is corrosion resistant and smooth for efficient cleaning. This ice maker has a gravity drain, meaning it needs to be installed with a drain nearby to collect the condensation from the refrigeration. Some undercounter ice makers come with a drain pump that enable the operator to connect the unit to a drain across the room, but this model is designed for gravity draining. Durable and rust-resistant, the unit is made of stainless steel with black plastic accents that seamlessly fit in with other equipment and supplies.
