Maxx Ice MIM360N Description
Depending on ambient air and incoming water temperatures, the Maxx Ice MIM360N Intelligent modular ice machine head can produce between 288 and 373 pounds of full-cube ice in 24 hours. This high-volume production rate is ideal for busy restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, schools, and institutional settings, and this slow-melting ice type can be used for cocktails, soft drinks, bagged ice, dispensed ice, or hotel ice machines. This unit features an air-cooled compressor and operates with R-404a refrigerant to create an appropriate ambient environment for making ice. To simplify operational oversight and adjustment, it's built with programmable, user-friendly digital controls and a front-mounted digital screen that displays status and temperature. While its automatic cleaning cycle and bin overflow protection ease cleaning, its hinged front panel simplifies servicing.
To fit areas with limited space, the Maxx Ice MIM360N ice maker head measures 22 inches wide by 24 3⁄5 inches deep by 21 inches high. Its stainless steel construction and black trim provide a sleek, classic appearance that resists rust, corrosion, and wear through high-volume back-of-house use. When used with the adapter (sold separately), it can be stacked with other ice machine heads to increase ice production. This compact piece of equipment is sized to fit the Maxx Ice MIB310N bin (sold separately), and when connected, this ice maker head's power can illuminate the bin's LED light.
