The Maxx Ice MIM360NH Intelligent ice machine head features a modular configuration that can be attached to another ice maker head for increased production and be attached to the Maxx Ice MIB310N ice bin for convenient storage. This 22-inch-wide by 24 3⁄5-inch-deep by 21-inch-tall unit is made of stainless steel—resilient, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that can simply be wiped clean. Its silver-colored body is accented with black trim to complement common back-of-house settings. To ease maintenance and cleaning, its front panel is hinged for direct access to interior components, while its self-contained refrigeration system is equipped with an air-cooled compressor.
For schools, institutions, hotels, restaurants, or grocery stores, the Maxx Ice MIM360NH ice maker head can produce 361 pounds of half-cube ice in 24 hours when incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit and ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit. This versatile type of ice can be served in soft drinks, blended in smoothies, or bagged. While the unit's external digital screen provides readouts of interior temperature and status, its user-friendly digital controls can be programmed to streamline operation. To minimize cleaning requirements, it's built with an automatic cleaning cycle and bin overflow prevention feature.
