Manitowoc Ice UDF0240A Description
The Manitowoc UDF-0240A NEO® undercounter ice maker has front buttons that indicate different modes and uses, including full bin and service indicators. With a storage capacity of 90 pounds, the ice machine can make as much as 215 pounds of ice daily. Each ice cube measures 0.875 inch by 0.875 inch by 0.875 inch and is ideal for drinks in bars and restaurants because ice production can be delayed during slow hours.
The food zone houses components that come in contact with water and ice and has removable parts. An antimicrobial agent on the parts slows bacteria, slime, and mold growth to facilitate cleaning. For installation next to a wall and other equipment, the Manitowoc UDF-0240A undercounter ice machine has vents in the front for air to flow in and out.
