When ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit, the Maxx Ice MIM320N undercounter ice machine can produce 328 pounds of full-cube ice per day. This slow-melting ice type is ideal for serving premium cocktails as well as soft drinks. Staff can monitor unit temperature and status with the externally mounted digital screen; to adjust settings, operators can use the programmable, user-friendly controls. This air-cooled unit uses fans to direct air across its condenser to cool the equipment, and because this unit is self-contained, it's simpler to install and maintain than remote systems. To ease maintenance, this piece of equipment is built with an automatic cleaning cycle and bin overflow protection, and its air intake filter can be removed.
