Manitowoc Ice UDF0140A Description

The Manitowoc Ice UDF0140A NEO® undercounter ice machine produces as much as 135 pounds of dice ice in a 24-hour period, however, the actual amount it produces depends on the temperature of the surrounding air and water flowing into the unit. A touchpad on the front can be used to control the machine, and for convenience, operators can program it to stop making ice during slow hours. If the ice maker encounters a problem, it alerts users with an indicator light. Providing convenient internal access, the bin can be pulled off the base from the front.

When cleaning the Manitowoc Ice UDF0140A ice maker, the damper door, distribution tube, and water trough can all be removed. Consisting of parts that water touches, the food zone is sealed to prevent leaking, and important parts have molded-in antimicrobial protection that reduces slime growth.

By Big Bird on August 23, 2020

"I put this unit in my garage in a house I have at Ocean Isles Beach NC. Pretty warm in this garage and the machine running adds to the increasing temperature in it. I fish a lot, using ice for fish coolers and drink coolers. It's been so sweet to have access to ice without loosiytime running all over town to buy it. I LOVE IT!!!"
  • no it is way too loud to have in the house.
