Maxx Ice MIM1000NH Description
The Maxx Ice MIM1000NH ice maker produces half-cube ice at a maximum rate of 1,005 pounds per day when ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. This air-cooled model is built with a self-contained condenser to streamline the installation process. To simplify cleaning and resist rust and corrosion, its exterior is made of long-lasting stainless steel. Overall, this unit measures 30 inches wide by 24 3⁄5 inches deep by 26 7⁄10 inches high.
To ease operation in fast-paced kitchens, the Maxx Ice MIM1000NH ice machine is equipped with programmable digital controls and a digital readout of unit status and temperatures. It also features an automatic cleaning cycle and bin overflow prevention to minimize potential waste and messes. To increase production without widening its footprint, this unit can be stacked with other ice machine heads. It requires a gravity drain for water removal and utilizes R-404a refrigerant.
