Depending on air and water temperatures, this unit can produce 119 pounds of ice over 24 hours. Unique to individual units, the QR code connects operators to warranty history and manuals for cleaning and servicing.
The 15-inch width of this Scotsman UN1215AX-1 nugget undercounter ice maker is slim enough for tight spaces, and it has a front-breathing design that enables operators to install the unit's sides flush to other surfaces. Though the unit comes with 6-inch adjustable legs, if it needs to fit under ADA-complaint, 34-inch-high counters, these legs can be replaced with a floor kit that is sold separately. Designed to support heavy use, the ice machine has stainless steel components, corrosion-resistant exterior panels, and reliable, sealed bearings.
