Star 836MA Description
The Star 836MA Ultra-Max® griddle powers its three burners with natural gas. For every 12-inch section, there is a burner to provide even heat distribution. Manual controls adjust the temperature for each section, and they operate from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Since the polished steel plate is 1 inch thick, it withstands heating up and cooling down without warping. Product is kept off other surfaces with side and rear splash guards on the Star 836MA Ultra-Max griddle.
