Star UM1850A Description
Using a belt motor and centrifugal fan, the Star UM1850A Ultra-Max® impingement conveyor oven delivers hot air to its 24 1⁄10-inch-long chamber, cooking product quicker than traditional ovens. As the chamber heats up, the control box and its components stay cool since the integrated fan pulls in ambient air. The chamber opening can be adjusted from 1 1⁄2 inches to 4 inches tall to accommodate various products.
The Star UM1850A impinger oven's time, temperature, and belt direction are adjustable to suit different applications, and diagnostics alert staff of system issues. The temperature displays on the readout, and it can be set to show in Fahrenheit or Celsius. To reduce the risk of tampering, the manager lock-out feature locks the settings.
