Vulcan VIR1CF Description

Equipped with a two-deck design, the Vulcan VIR1CF infrared upright broiler includes a cooking grid for broiling meats and a convection oven. On the top level, a 2512-inch-wide by 2412-inch-deep cooking grid improves heat conductivity by encouraging airflow through its openings, moving heat in uniform patterns. Lined with cold-rolled steel bars, it can create grill marks, increasing food presentation. The broiler section of the unit is heated with four 25,000-BTU infrared burners; users can adjust the heat with the two infinite heat controls.

On the lower deck of the Vulcan VIR1CF broiler, a convection oven generates 32,000 BTU hourly. To streamline cleaning, its bottom, side, and interior door panel are made of smooth porcelain. Measuring 27 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 13 inches high, it can support numerous products and works well for finishing. Its thermostat can be adjusted from 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, this 36-inch-wide by 42.63-inch-deep by 77.13-inch-high unit is made of stainless steel and supported by rigid, 6-inch legs.
